How do I check my order status?
Sign in and go to Orders. You can also call or WhatsApp us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What if I entered the wrong address or phone number?
Contact us right away so we can fix it. Wrong details may mean we can't deliver your order, and the delivery charge may change if the address changes.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders Rs 1,500+, anywhere in Nepal. Orders under Rs 1,500 are Rs 100 to deliver in Kathmandu Valley and Rs 145 across the rest of Nepal, and you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 4 working days. We don't deliver on Saturdays. See Delivery Information.
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu Valley?
Yes. We deliver all over Nepal. Orders outside the valley are paid online with eSewa or Khalti.

How can I pay?
- Cash on Delivery, in Kathmandu Valley only.
- eSewa or Khalti, anywhere in Nepal.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. All prices are in Nepali Rupees and include all taxes. Delivery is added at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 1 day of delivery, if the towels are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
What if I get a wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 1 day of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Don't use or wash it. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
How will I get my refund?
eSewa and Khalti payments are refunded to the same account. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your eSewa or Khalti wallet, or by bank transfer.

How many towels come in Talo Basic?
Your choice. Get a set of 5, or just 1.
How do I wash my towels?
- Wash new towels before first use.
- Use a mild liquid detergent. Avoid harsh detergents.
- Don't use fabric softener or bleach. They damage the microfiber.
- Wash separately from cotton, and wash dark colours apart from light ones.
- Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Never iron.
