Delivery Information

• Free delivery on orders above Rs 1,000.
• Rs 85 for orders of Rs 1,000 or less inside Kathmandu valley.
• Rs 120 for orders of Rs 1,000 or less outside Kathmandu valley.

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you place it.

We deliver all over Nepal. Most orders arrive within 4 working days.

Saturday is not a working day, so we do not deliver on Saturdays. Public holidays, strikes, bad weather or road closures can cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will contact you.

• Cash on Delivery: available inside Kathmandu valley only. Please keep the exact amount ready.
• eSewa and Khalti: available for orders anywhere in Nepal.

Orders outside Kathmandu valley must be paid online with eSewa or Khalti.

Please enter your correct full name, phone number and address, with a nearby landmark if you can. We use your phone number to contact you about your delivery.

If the details are wrong or incomplete, we may not be able to deliver your order. If the address changes after you order, the delivery charge may also change.

Please check your package when it arrives. If an item is wrong or damaged, contact us within 1 day of delivery. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
